At D1 Playmakers Academy, we maintain a consistent developmental rhythm with on-field practices held a minimum of once per week throughout the entire off-season. To maximize development during school vacation breaks, we offer supplemental practices typically held during daytime hours to mirror a collegiate training environment. As we transition into the high-stakes spring and summer seasons, our intensity increases to a minimum of 2–3 practices per week to ensure peak performance for the college camps, and showcases. This structured progression ensures our athletes are consistently building the technical mastery and physical conditioning required to lead and succeed at the next level

There are two training groups for RB and WR School. Please refer to the groups called D1 & D2 on the practice schedule to see practice times. The D1 group is our veteran skilled group. This group typically is advanced high school kids mixed with some prep high school & college level ballers. The D2 group is our beginners crew. This is usually for any new middle school and high school athletes.
